Correct LNAB for Katrina Sharp/Scharfenstein

Question

At some point the Scharfenstein/Scharpenstine family in New Jersey changed the surname to Sharp.  We are trying to assign the correct LNAB to Katrina [[Scharfenstein-22]] or [[Sharp-78]] born around 1767 in Upper German Valley, Hunterdon, New Jersey.
