How to change "marriage" to "NOT married" and remove the word "spouce'?

I have a couple that are NOT married but are parents of a child.

I would like to chang the spouse to friend and remove the notations about marrieage.

I thougtht I entered that they were father and mother and this system assumed that they are married. Most family research programs do this, the info is NOT correct.

The linked profile is Unlisted, so we can't see it.  I think you should be able to go into the Edit window of either parent, however, and remove the spousal relationship while still showing them both as parents of the child.  There's no 'friend' selection, so if an explanation is needed you'll have to include that in the respective Bio's.
