Is there evidence for the parents of Hans Hartje/Hertje/Harty/Harte?

Question

Hans Jacobszen Hartje (aka Hertje, Harty, Hardingh, Harding, Hardy, Hart, Harte) from Bern, Switzerland, immigrated to New Netherland in 1663 and married in New York in 1668. 

His profile is connected to a pair of unsourced profiles (derived from numerous unsourced Ancestry Family Trees) for his supposed parents (Jacob Hartje and Frena Unknown). I suspect that these profiles are purely hypothetical, based on reasonable guesses about what his parents' given names might have been and what their life dates might have been. However, before I propose that we get rid of these profiles, I'm wondering if there are any Swiss records that would give evidence for this man's origin. The target person has given name Hans (could be Johan or another variant), family name probably Hart or Harte, born in Bern, probably in the 1640s, father's given name Jacob. Mother might be named Frena. Hans was a weaver. 

Do Swiss records provide any insights?

The only possible candidates are:

Jakob Herzig & Verena Tschanz married in Wichtrach (near Thun), Bern, Switzerland: 24 Nov 1641.

His origins could be in Lotzwil or in that area, Verena Tschanz os from Wichtrach.
