Should this profile be deleted?

Mary Graham was removed as the spouse of [[Gantt-220|Thomas Gantt]] and the mother of Edward Gantt because primary source evidence proved he was married to someone else. Also this profile is based on incorrect history since Maryland wasn't even founded as a colony until 1634.

Once a file is created it will not be deleted. It can be edited to reflect corrections that increase accuracy. That is why the importance of sources is stressed.

It is possible that Mary Graham was a spouse of Thomas Gantt and perhaps she should not have been removed until more research was done.  From a quick search it appears as though Thomas Gantt may have been married 3 times.

Colonial Families of the USA, 1607-1775 shows Thomas Gantt born 1615 with spouse Mary Graham and son Edward.

My mistake. I think I have the previous generation thrown in the middle.  The Thomas born 1615 married Mary Graham and had a son Edward.  More research required.
