I use Wikitree exclusively on my Android device, I have actually never seen the site on a desktop (have not used a desktop or laptop in over 12 years). I simply login through my phones web browser.
As I am sure some can imagine, this does make some tasks a bit complicated, however I have managed as best I can thus far. Unfortunately, I seem to now be experiencing an issue adding new person to family tree (paternal great grandmother). After filling in all info with details for sources and tapping submit, I get an alert at top of page asking me to log in all over again and to copy my info over to new log in page.
Is there a set amount of time given to fill out the info for adding relatives? I admit it took me a bit longer than usual as I was trying to work through the German English translation in my source material, however I have taken longer in the past & not had this issue. Could it be a browser or security type setting on my end?
