Appears the Feb contribution's count came out early, just wondering?

This morning it is still February, it is the last day of the month, the 28th. But this morning on logging into Wikitree I see that I was already given a badge for the contribution's made, and not that it will change my badge, but ... the day is not over.  Why the early release of the contributions count for this month?  Did I miss something?

Server time is not necessarily your time.
Ok I can understand that, but normally I use to notice that the Wikitree days did stay pretty much the same.  I am USA, west coast, PST.  So I guess the hidden top secret server is on the other side of the planet in a time zone an entire day ahead ... now.  Never used to be, so since it had popped onto my profile this morning, it appeared an early post of it to me.  But I do recall a few years back, the server was in Europe maybe?  So I can understand the "Server time is not necessarily your time."  I just always in doing Wikitree events, we all used to be on the same day.  And it is the first time any of the monthly contribution counts has popped on early for me.
You need to check your time against GMT.
Ok Melanie, if it is GMT they are using, when it popped on my profile this morning it was still 28 Feb 2023, with half a day left to go.  Ok we need to stop meeting like this, and just switch to chat or email LOL.
Mine appeared on my profile about what I would expect given my time zone settings adjusted for GMT.  (Pretty much around the same time as every other month - x-hours before my midnight.)
My 100 badge also appeared to be early for me as well, in the Pacific time zone.  Normally it appears about 17:00 (5pm) here (-8 hrs ut). But today it was already there by 5pm.
All y'all don't still have DST set, do you?

The badges were issues at the same rough time that they were issued for the December badges. Last month they were delayed but the previous month is the same day and time as this months award.

The badges are awarded just after midnight in the UTC +0 time zone so if you Virgil are in PST the badges get awarded in the month of award by your perspective. In my perspective I get my badge halfway through the 1st of the next month. The vagrancies of time zones.
