Entry #23, right hand side of the page https://www.portafontium.eu/iipimage/30060062/as-evangelicka-04_2240-o, is the marriage record of my 4th great grandfather Johann Nicol Voit. Other than the year, I can't make out any more than his name and the repeats of the Voit surname throughout.  I assume the marriage took place in Neuberg, Bohemia, but that doesn't seem to be the case, although I don't know what looks to be Alb to the right means. Can anyone help?  It would be so greatly appreciated.

Thank you!

Johann Nikolaus Voit, inhabitant, mason and stonecutter journeyman in Mühlbach, of the deceased Johann Michael Voits, inhabitant, mason and stonecutter journeyman there, surviving legitimate eldest son, a bachelor, and virgin Anna Margareth Voitin, of the deceased master Johann Oßwald Voits, also inhabitant and miller, on the Unter-Mühle near Unter-...hausen, surviving legitimate eldest daughter

Thank you so much!  Looks like he probably married a cousin then, so no wonder there were so many Voits in that entry!
