G2G: [Finding Sources] Where is the birth/baptismal record for Angel Rivera from Penuelas, Puerto Rico?

I'm trying to find out who Angel's father is, and I'm pretty sure that his father's paternal surname is Santiago, but I have no solid proof for it yet. I figured I'd be able to narrow down his paternal ancestry if I could at least see who his godparents were on his baptismal record.

The censuses give his birth year between 1891 and 1893, and his birth date per the draft for WWII is 11 May 1892. His mother is Dorotea Rivera y Feliciano.

His younger sister Antonia was born 13 Jan 1893. Her god parents are Regina Santiago and Juan de la Cruz Santiago.

My husband had his DNA tested through 23andMe and Ancestry - Angel is his great grandfather, and Angel's father would be my husband's great great grandfather. GEDMatch has not helped as no matches are close, and Ancestry's matches have multiple paths of relation.

Please see updated answer.

As for finding the paternal ancestor, there were a few clues. Only after the 1940s: The 1940 Census and the WWII draft card, this person started using the double last name, but with his mother's last name first. Maybe he was "recognized" by his father - a process in which the father tells the court or church that you acknowledge your child. Or maybe he reconnected with his father informally and just casually used it. That is something my great-grandfather Domingo did, since he had a close relationship with his father but his father just did not want to marry his mother.
I say keep digging and the truth will eventually come out.

Update: I believe this is the record: https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:6ZPK-BFKT
I used this site to locate the Church Record, I only use book indexes and not the automated indexes from websites because of how bad the machine transcriptions are. I attached it to your ancestor on Family Search as well.

I will look into the records today. I’m familiar with Penuelas and the surrounding areas.
