Question

Hi folks,

I believe two people should b merged.  Sent message to mgr.  Few days after that, left generic post week ago on file asking if someone could help. 

What’s the normal time frame we wait for responses?  (The other mgr, in this case, appears to be pretty buried.)  Thanx in advance for ur help.

me- I recommend using this as a learning opportunity. You have done what is expected of you. Watch the process. My guess is you will be dealing with the same profile mngrs on several different profiles. There is no hurry. Keep adding profiles. Should the mngrs continue to be unresponsive, there are ways to resolve as Peggy has pointed out below.
