G2G: Where was Jenkins Price, of Nova Scotia, in 1911?

I am trying to determine if the Jenkins Price of Nova Scotia was the same Jenkins Price of Newfoundland - and so had two living wives at the same time. If I could locate Jenkins Price in Nova Scotia in 1911 (or his wife/widow and children), I would be a step closer to verifying if the Jenkins Price who lived in Gambo in 1911 was a different person. There are enough conflicting details to suggest two different people but, so far, they (he?) never appear in Nova Scotia and Newfoundland records in the same year.

Pretty tricky. I wonder if Jenkins (of NS) died between 1901 and when provincial death registrations re-started in 1908.

For what it's worth, Jenkins Sr. did not name Jenkins Jr in his will, which leads me to believe Jr. probably predeceased Sr.:

If you don't already have them, here are a couple of articles but I'm not sure if they pertain to Jr. or Sr.:
