How do i mark someone as 'notable'?

I have a family member in my tree and i consider him notable. He played 3 times in the Dutch national soccer team and has a wikipedia page. How do i get him marked as such? Must be somewhere in de help section but cannot find it

Add " {{Notables Sticker}} " (without the quotes) to the profile placed immediately below the "Biography" divider.
