Can Commander Naval Forces Vietnam be added to Admiral Elmo R., Zumwalt-233?

During the time Admiral Zumwalt was in Vietnam, he was the Commander of all Naval Forces. I don't remember the names of the other admirals who held that position for making a separate category for the Commander of all Naval Forces Vietnam. I was a part of the staff for COMNAVFORV for three years. I would like to be able to include COMNAVFORV as a category as a member of the admiral's staff (communications).

Don't know if this helps, but these are the COMNAVFORV

Commanders included (listed under Wikipedia)

Rear Admiral Norvell G. Ward (to 27 April 1967),

Rear Admiral Kenneth L. Veth (to 30 September 1968), who was then succeeded by newly promoted

Vice Admiral Elmo Zumwalt.[2] Rear Admiral Ward became Commander Service Group 3 in Seventh Fleet after departing South Vietnam. Zumwalt was succeeded by

Vice Admirals Jerome H. King and Robert S. Salzer.[1]
