G2G: Domain name 12007 Not resolved

Question

Wow, nothing is going right.  Won't paste the fault code either but says "12007 Name not resolved (send)  http://www.itd.nps.gov/cwss" . . .  have no idea why the link doesn't work.  Person is "Schaeffer-2087" . .
