G2G: How to process Gedcoms

How do I process a GEDCOM upload. There seems to be no clear information on how to process one. This is the message I got when trying to compare.

Gross-3634 was created before Gross-4267. Therefore, please click here to reverse the direction of the compare. [more information]Jeanine Lawrence has GEDCOM uploads that have not yet been processed. The profile cannot be merged until those uploads have been processed or deleted.
