A bit of research by me just now on ancestry.com reveals that she was born either in about 1885 in St Marylebone, London per the 1891 census, or in about 1888 in Italy per the 1901 census, when her name is given as Italia Angela Parolini.
Her birth as Italia Angela Parolini was registered in the 3rd quarter of 1887 in the St Marylebone registration district.
She married your kinsman in the third quarter of 1910 in the St George Hanover Square registration district of London.
In the 1891 U.K. census her parents are shown as Antonio Parolini and his wife Lavinia. Antonio was recorded as born about 1852 in Bergamo, Italy. Wife Lavinia was born in about 1859 in West Stower, Dorset. This suggests that while Antonio was Italian, mother Lavinia may have been of British extraction.
This looks indeed to be the case as Lavinia Mary Gray, daughter of Francis Gray, married Anthony Parolini on 21 November 1885 at St John’s Church of England parish, Waltham Green, London. Anthony’s father is named in the marriage certificate as Battista Parolini, deceased, cheese merchant. Son Anthony was a provision merchant. The bride’s father was a road foreman.
I have not yet found her death entry.
I hope this helps.
