Ancestor of Paul Albert Rasmussen

Question

I m looking for the ancestor of Paul Albert Rasmussen, here is what I have if I start with one of his son:

1) Alexandre Aldebert Rasmussen born in 1925 Febuary 26 at Port Alfred St-Édouard Québec Canada and he married in 1946 October 17 in St-Alexis Ville La Baie Québec Canada with Solange Morin

2) Paul Albert (Alexandre's father) born place and date unknow could have arrived in Canada in 1903 app. married (1) in 1916 Febuary 02 in St-Fulgence Chicoutimi Québec Canada with Exilia Jean (Indian)  they had 17 or 18 children and Exilia died while giving birth. Paul remaried with Exilia's sister Anne in 1952 April 9 in St-Edouard Ville La Baie in Québec Canada.

3)Mathieu (Matias) (Paul's father) born and place unknow married Mary Christine Andersen. I found one F.Mathieu married to Christine in USA...Could they be the same one....

If someone could give me some info it would be appreciated. Paul Albert could have arrived in Canada in the port of Quebec or Montreal in 1903 ..

Adrian, we would like to assist you.  The hard part is, there is little that can be researched on people under 100 yrs old.  It is still quite hard for up to 125 yrs.  I also research Quebec Province.  Have you been to Rasmussen Family Genealogy Forum (this is a totaly free surname specificForum,) Quebec Province Genealogy Forum or Canada Genealogy Forum.
