I'm also related (by WikiTree) to Mayflower (spare) Captain Richard More.  Also many notables Plantagenet, Beauchamp, but don't know how to do genealogy nor have the money to pay for private genealogy (it's expensive)!

There are all kinds of ways to learn genealogy on WikiTree, all of which are free. You just need to be willing to put in the work and learn.

To be a member of the Mayflower Project you need to commit to being an active contributor to the Project. That means among other things that you need to have some understanding of how to do genealogy research, and you say you do not have this knowledge at the moment.
