Hey Leon, it says:
#18. Born on April 4th 1808 in the morning: Adolph Neseker, legitimate son of Fried.[rich] Neseker, living in Mollenkamps Leibz.[ucht] in Oberbauer, and his wife Elisabeth, née Menebröcker. He was baptized on April 14th by Mr. Mirch. Godparent is {Col.} Grotmann.
------
notes: a "Leibzucht" is the same as the "Heuerhaus" from the last translation. So the parents lived in a little house on the Mollenkamp farm, and probably worked for this family. "Oberbauer" is a part of Ledde.
I'm not sure about the name of the Godparent. It could just be the shortening for "Colonus" meaning Siedler (settler, colonist), as seen in other entrys.
