G2G: What Project is Protecting Garard-14 and Garard-16?

Question

I need to fix misattributed parentage for Miller-30248, specifically to change her mother from Garard-16 to Garard-14. (I am on the trusted list.) However, these two Garard profiles are project-protected. But I cannot figure out by which project or who the project members are. Can someone please help me sort this out?

Looks like you put the wrong profile ID into yoru comment. I think you mean Miller-30248 not 30268; you might want to edit your original question.

FYI: I looked at the change histories for both Garard-16 and Garard-14; it looks like PPP status was added back in 2014, before we had projects, but when we changed the lock status to protect merge direction. I'm not sure either profile would qualify for PPP status under current requirements.
