If you know the monthly meeting she attended, the category is simple to set up. The meeting names follow the format Name of Monthly Meeting, State. You would only need to use the city name in the middle if there are multiple monthly meetings with the same name in a state (which is beyond unlikely). Btw, the Quaker project is working on categories and looking for members. : )
My way is to refer to the scanned microfilm of the original registers or handwritten copies in the U.S. Quaker Meeting Records database on Ancestry.com. These handwritten records are a boon; almost everyone's maiden name is recorded and if you read the minutes you can sometimes see a bit of gossip. The original records from Pennsylvania are held at Haverford, Guilford, Swarthmore Colleges. Detailed finding aids for the PA records help to sort out the history of each meeting (mergers, splits, dissolutions, etc.)
Unfortunately the meeting names in Ancestry's database usually aren't indexed correctly, so best to double check the title page and/or the first pages of the register.
About Lydia:
Her marriage intentions were announced at the Bradford MM, so I'd use the [[Category: Bradford Monthly Meeting, Pennsylvania]].
"At Bradford monthly meeting, 3 mo[?] 5th 1806... Isaiah Paxson, son of Benjamin and Jane Paxson and Lydia Mendenhall daughter of David and Mary Mendenhall appeared here and signified their intentions of marriage with each other parents consent appearing. Margaret Laurence and Mary Pimm[?] are appointed to inquire into her cleareness from others in relation to marriage and report, and he is desire to produce a certificate from the meeting of which he is a member to our next."Bradford Monthly Meeting. Women's Minutes, 1802-1808, p. 106-108. Retrieved 10 June 2015 from [http://search.ancestry.com/search/db.aspx?dbid=2189 U.S. Quaker Meeting Records on Ancestry.com]
About her husband Isaiah:
There is a record for her husband Isaiah's parents and siblings' weddings, names of spouses, and certificate of removal in the records of the Muncy Monthly Meeting, Pennsylvania.Benjamin Paxon Family. Muncy Monthly Meeting, PA. Marriages, 1799-1882; Certificates of Removal (Issued), 1799-1887. p. 271. Retrieved 10 June 2015 from [http://search.ancestry.com/search/db.aspx?dbid=2189 U.S. Quaker Meeting Records on Ancestry.com]
I would use [[Category: Muncy Monthly Meeting, Pennsylvania]]. It's not set up yet, but if you add it to the profile, I will set up the category for you.
The record also lists Lydia's parents including her mother's maiden name (same for all Isaiah's brothers' wives). You could conceivably use this one citation as a source on the profiles of over twenty people. According to the certificate of removal, he went to "Pennville, Jay County, Indiana." Once in Indiana, I'm not sure which monthly meeting they attended (looks like there were several in Jay County).
I would add them both to the geographic category [[Category: Pennville, Indiana]].
P.S. Any input on formatting Quaker MM citations? I came up with the format above one on my own and would appreciate suggestions.
