GEDCompare forcing to skip to avoid dups (but they are not dups)

I have a small (400 entries) GEDCOM file and went and reviewed every item in detail as instructed.  However, it says I am creating to many new items, when in fact I am sure that they are not duplicates.  How does one get past this check that is happening in error?

The message states "You cannot leave more than 10 matches un-skipped. Please check "Skip" on more of the matches to avoid creating so many duplicates."

I'm clearly doing someting wrong, just can't figure it out.

Tks in advance from a newbie

Re review  as it sounds like you may have left some unmarked inadvertently. When too many are left unmarked it will give that message.

YES...pretty silly..me too...these are new folks that WIKI says need to be matched but their, WIKI's  matching is flawed...very flawed...only picks up on a few words.  Makes WIKI's usefeullness limited I would say....so..Do I have to break my trees up into groups of 40 people...30 being known? It could be done but it's pointelss waste of time.  I am new here and I am disappointed cause it started out so well.

If you have verified that they aren't duplicates, instead of skipping them, you should be able to create a rejected match.
