G2G: should I add a new found biological paternal grandfather to my tree?

I found out that my paternal grandfather could not have children. Dna testing has shown many new relations on that side of my tree. Do I create a new tree to show these? I have found my Biological grandfather and I would like to build a tree to reflect these changes. I am confused as to what I am allowed to do.

Yes but check while making the profiles if they already have profiles or not.

I added sources to 2 profiles so you also have some uncles to add.
