Hi Mark. Your data is mostly private, so we can't see the actual problem. But the problem sounds as if one or more of your family members has an incorrect parent-child relationship, or there are multiple profiles with different profile IDs for the same person. I'd suggest going through all the family profiles and relationships and double-check all the WikiTree IDs (not just the names, but the full ID numbers).
You didn't mention it, but sometimes another indicator of such a problem is that full siblings display as half-siblings in their profiles and their parents' profiles, so check for that as well. Good luck.
