The marriage CONTRACT seems to have been drafted in 1594.  Not necessarily did the wedding occur in 1594.

The prospective bride was apparently less than 13 when the contract was drafted, or there would have been no point in mentioning that the wedding could take place once she turned 13.  So the oldest she could be in July 1594 is 12.

If the date of her parents' marriage is correct, and if she was born (not necessarily conceived) after their marriage, she would have been born in November or December 1584 or some time in 1585.

So in 1594, at the time of the marriage CONTRACT, she would probably be 9 or 10, with the actual wedding still a few years away.

So all we know about the wedding is that it took place after July 1594, and most likely a few years after July 1594.
