G2G: My Auto Bio Button has turned grey and is not working? restart of laptop didn´t help ...

It suddenly appeared that after creating one profile the Auto Bio Button did not turn green as it should, but was grey and not working I restarted my laptop without any change ? Suggestions please :o

Does it work on other profiles?  I have had situations where it does not like something about the particular profile I'm working on.

This is when you've created a new profile, and, for some reason, the apps server is behind the main server, so it doesn't have the data yet. Just wait a little.
