Duplicate information

I had lost track of the fact that I had entered marriage information for 1 of my ancestors and mistakenly added the same information again; it has shown up as a duplicate second line with spouse and date of marrage.  Is there something I can do to remove the duplicate line from the profile?

There are two profiles, so you just need to merge them. Select the last one created (with the largest number) and down at the page bottom, initate a merge, enter the first profile ID in the lower Box.
Patt,

you should change your excellent comment to an answer so we can vote it up.

You need to remove the spouse twice and then reattach as the spouse

EDITED:   the spouse is created twice so they need to be merged  I will propose so you may complete disregard the top line. You need to collaborate with the other profile manager to get them merged correctly
