I have found several burial records in Drouin Collection for members of one family between 1882-1913 where the burial place is given as "Basilique Notre-Dame; Montréal".
The Findagrave category appears to be this same church, however the profile text says that the last burial at the church was 1854, and burials from 1855 were done at a different location, Cimetière Notre-Dame-des-Neiges .
The people in this family aren't on the Findagrave however, and I would have expected Drouin Collection to actually report Cimetière Notre-Dame-des-Neiges as the burial place if that was indeed the burial place.
Would anyone with specialist knowledge be able to shed some light on where these burials would have been?
(I ask the question in order to determine whether they go in the existing Cimetière Notre-Dame-des-Neiges category, or whether to request a new category for burials at the cathedral).
