Someone I don't recognise has asked to for a request on one of my profiles, I have asked the family, and no one seems to now the name either, how do I refuse the request?

You don't have to refuse a request. If you don't do anything, they won't have access.

I recommend messaging the person who requested access to one of your profiles. You might be related and just not know it. Is this a modern profile, or a more distant ancestor?
