How do I locate a newspaper article documenting the death on Joseph W. Price and his wife, Minerva Lunceford c. 1869?

Joseph Price (Price-30215) and his wife were residents of Boonville (now Bryan, Brazos County, Texas) from 1860, but they may have been on a family vacation elsewhere, maybe Galveston, Texas; Fulton, Mississippi or New Orleans, Louisiana. Joseph was a dealer in fine silks and luxury cloth, so he traveled frequently. For years, I have been looking in Newspapers. com and Genealogy Bank with no success.

Many local newspapers are not digitized and/or copies may no longer exist.  Some other places to look are the Library of Congress  Chronicling America « Library of Congress (loc.gov) which has lots more papers, the Texas Digital Newspaper Program - The Portal to Texas History (unt.edu), any public libraries and/or a County Historical Society near where they lived.
