Advice for categorization of Thoms-431?

Question

I would like advice or may need help creating new categories for the profile of Johann Jochim Christian Thoms. The categories might be named something like

1. Mandelshagen, Rostock, Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, Deutschland corresponding to a birth of 19 Jan 1809 in Mandelshagen, Mecklenburg-Schwerin, Rheinbund
2. Dettmannsdorf , Vorpommern-Rügen, Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, Deutschland corresponding to a marriage on 23 Oct 1842 in Kölzow, Ribnitz, Mecklenburg-Schwerin, Deutscher Bund
3. Stubbendorf, Rostock, Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, Deutschland corresponding to a death on  12 Dec 1870  in Stubbendorf, Mecklenburg-Schwerin, Norddeutscher Bund

Could I get help creating the new category? Or is there an existing category to use? Thank you!

I created the categories for you according to the system we use for Germany.

Be aware that we only use the modern regional structure as basis for the catagorisation. This way we can avoid the problems caused by the constant change of territories and the shifting of borders throughout the very complicated German history.

This would be the guidelines.
