Drop down window not showing up when cursor put on profile name.  How do I get it back?

Check your "Settings".  The first box on that screen is "Tools" and last item is "disable Profile preview"  sometimes that gets checked mysteriously.  Have had it happen a few times.   After unchecking the box, be sure to save
