Hi everyone!

The world lost Eddie Cochran on April 17, 1960 in a car crash in England after the band's last performance at the Bristol Hippodrome.  He was 22.

His song "Summertime Blues" has been covered by many recording artists, including country artist Alan Jackson.

  • Well, she’s a gonna raise a fuss, she’s gonna raise a holler
  • ‘Cause I’m not finding work; going out to make a dollar
  • Every time I call my baby, to try to get a date
  • WikiTree distracts me, and I work on it late
  • Sometimes I wonder what I'm gonna do
  • 'Cause there ain't no cure for the WikiTree blues
  • Well, my mom an papa told me, son, you gotta make some money
  • If you want a new lap top for Wiki-Chat next Sunday
  • Well I didn't go to work, told the boss I was sick
  • Now you wont get a lap top 'cause you didn't work a lick
  • Sometimes I wonder what I'm gonna do
  • 'Cause there ain't no cure for the WikiTree blues

Ow (music - solos)

  • Profiled for ten weeks, gonna need a vacation
  • I'm gonna take my problem to the WikiTree Nation
  • Well I got on the G2G and they said quote:
  • “We’d like to help you son, but you're getting DOWN votes"
  • Sometimes I wonder what I'm gonna do
  • 'Cause there ain't no cure for the WikiTree blues

(music – solos)

  • Well, I'm a gonna raise a fuss, I'm gonna raise a holler
  • ‘Cause I got to go out and try an' earn a dollar
  • Sometimes I wonder what I'm gonna do
  • 'Cause there ain't no cure for the WikiTree blues
  • Yeah, sometimes I wonder what I'm gonna do
  • 'Cause there ain't no cure for the WikiTree blues
  • No, there ain't no cure for the WikiTree blues
