G2G: I’ve taken on an orphan profile

Question

The profile I’ve taken on is that of George Fish brother of my direct ancestor [[Fish-6763|Tacey Fish]]

I’m troubled about the bio of this person. 

I don’t have an alternative as yet. 

How to proceed?

Hi Sheila, Thanks for taking this on. It looks like Doug Tabor added some sources for this bio. Is there something specific that still troubles you?

Hi Mark, Thanks for your reply. Basically I see no evidence that George Fish born Stogursey , Somerset England, is the same George Fish that married in USA etc.

You may want to consider contact the England Project. They have experience working with older English profiles and a probably best suited to give you the guidance you are looking for.

Sheila, another problem with this profile: His Find A Grave memorial has death as Lost at Sea, spouse Jerusha Clark; his WT profile has his death in Massachusetts Bay Colony. The China Monthly Meeting text has his death at sea.

Changed death place to "At Sea"
