Error messages when creating a free space profile

I got the first error message when I created the profile, it showed me this error message afterwards:

We're sorry, we have had an internal error.

Please e-mail info@wikitree.com right away to let us know you got an internal error. We want to make sure it's fixed. Be sure to include what you were doing at the time you got the error. Thank you.

When I now try to access the page or edit it, I get the same error message as above. Not sure what the problem is but it also take minimum 8-10 seconds until the browser comes back with this error message. This in on a 200 Mbit Fibre line, so internet speed can't be the reason.

Has anybody had the same problem and how can I avoid? Even more important, how can I edit this free space profile that I created?

It's a technical issue that's going on at the moment with our servers but we're working on it.  Thanks for posting here.

It's working now, albeit access is still very slow (about 10 seconds), on every action (calling it, submitting after edit, clicking on edit etc.)
