Are Susanne Breau and Isabelle Breau the same person?

In the 1686 Port Royal Census, in the household of widower Marie Bourc (Bourg-38), Susanne is listed as 2 months old in one listing and Isabelle is listed as 5 months old in a later listing. Isabelle has a profile as Elisabeth Breau but Susanne has no profile. Since names frequently appear differently in the censuses, is it possible that Susanne, Isabelle and Elisabeth are all the same person and I should not make a new profile for Susanne. And, if I should make a new profile for Susanne, what is the surname and who are the parents? If they are the same, do I add Susanne as a nickname for Elisabeth?

Elisabeth and Isabelle were interchangeable names. The name Susanne might have just been an error in the census? Stephen White seems to think they are all the same person. Here is what it says in the Dictionnaire:

(in the list of children of Vincent Breau and Marie Bourg): 

Élisabeth (Isabelle) n v août ou nov 1685 (Rc PR 1686 Susanne 2 mois ou Isabelle 5 mois, 1693 7a, 1698 13a, 1700 15a); m Rg PR 24 nov 1710 Marcel SAULNIER (Louis & Louise Bastineau di Peltier).
