GEDCOMpare issue with siblings

Hello, I am a new member here but have been doing genealogy for over 30 years.  I uploaded a small direct tree (4 generations that I know very well) just to get started and see the matches but I am finding issues.. so mainly the parent and spouse info is correct and has a check box to accept those but the siblings are usually wrong. Some have extra, some have aunts, uncles, or cousins listed as siblings, just several connections have wrong siblings but no sibling accept or reject button. If I accept the rest of the match does this automatically accept the siblings? Also, can I accept only part of a match, parents but not husband? or is it all or nothing? TIA

Yes, you can accept one person at a time. However, I have found that if you see a match but members of the family are wrong, I suggest making note of this and stop. Then outside of GEDCompare investigate to see who is right. The match may look like a match, but may be a very close duplicate. I would say that WT users don't usually get a family mixed up, but it is always possible.
