G2G: No sex at birth, won't let me create the profile [closed]

Question

trying to create a profile for a child who died at 3 days, the only record is a funeral, the program will NOT let me create the profile, just goes round and roung and round, despite my clicking continue anyways.  This is highly aggravating, we will never know if it was a boy or girl.

"Lie" to the system, give either male or female, then change it after saving.

That actually works. After the profile exists, the sex can be changed, such that it has no value. I wonder whether that will raise errors somewhere.

lol, that may work but won't resolve the round-robin program glitch that led me here.

But that "round-robin" glitch is documented elsewhere (albeit for different, but related reasons), and this was still the recommended work-around - "lie" to the system.

Note that this isn't "lying". It's a computer system, not a human. It doesn't have any feelings and it doesn't care.

Yes, it's a bug in the Add Person system. Just do the workaround until the bug can be fixed.
