G2G: Can I get a translation of this German record?

This is the birth record of Franz Stocke gennant Bayer.

The record in the lower right-hand corner continues on to the following page. http://www.landesarchiv-bw.de/plink/?f=4-1229182-84

I'd like a translation of the entire thing, but I'm particularly interested in the maiden name of the mother. Is it Reeb? Or Reeb von Speya?

I'd also like a translation of this document: https://www.ancestry.com/imageviewer/collections/7575/images/41680_b155928-00334?ranMID=50138&ranEAID=4026539&ranSiteID=Xib7NfnK11s-59EjpOtTz6_Nt_iqrkdYgg

Other record I can do later, if not done by someone else.
