Is Stoutenburg-3 the grandson of Van_Oldenbarnevelt-26 and/or Philip of Marnix (via Walburg de_Marnix-2)

It seems that a link between these two historically important individuals has not been definitively established.  Pieter Stoutenburg(h) was a founder of New Amsterdam (NYC) and has an extensive foundation (Stoutenburgh-Teller.com).  Johan van Oldenbarnevelt is considered a founding father of Dutch Independence from Spain, and his contemporary Philip De Marnix likely wrote the Dutch National Anthem.  The links within the American Stoutenburg lineage are well established, but the links to the aforementioned Dutch figures are not.  Is there a way to definitively rule in or out a relationship?

There are Dutch members who would like us to disconnect Pieter Stoutenburg from the connected parents (see this recent G2G), but they have not been able to provide much help in disproving the connection.
