Also, this weekend we remember:

1. King Henry VII of England died April 21st 1509 (Tudor-18) (my wife's 2nd Cousin) Henry is best remembered for restoring power and stability to the English monarchy following the civil war. https://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Tudor-18

Shakespeare was buried on 23rd April, 1616; a very appropriate day  for an English writer as  it's St George's day.   He may have died a day or two earlier.  Cervantes the writer of Don Quixote  was also  buried on 23 April  1616  but in fact   the two men  weren't buried on the same day.  (England used the Julian calendar in 1616, Spain used the Gregorian  ).https://www.pressenterprise.com/here-is-how-world-book-day-is-connected-to-the-deaths-of-shakespeare-and-cervantes

Thanks for sharing, Helen!
There's something extra at the end of your Twain profile link. He isn't my cousin according to WikiTree but his wife Olivia is (8th, 5 times removed).

Thanks!  Got the linked fixed!wink

I'm 26 degrees from William Shakespeare according to the connection finder through several marriages.

Last week I was 4 degrees from a young lady someone had connected to the wrong parents. When I connected her to the correct parents, she was 19 degrees from me on the connection finder. angry
