G2G: Unable to test WikiTree Browser Extension on Mac [closed]

Question

I can't run the WikiTree Browser Extension on my Mac. I downloaded the extension but it won't open. I followed instructions, have the Develop menu enabled and Unsigned Extensions allowed, but the extension doesn't show up. I haven't had problems with WikiTree AGC or WikiTree Sourcer.

I've also been unable to run WikiTree Browser Extension on my iPad.

Has anyone had this problem and found a solution?

I use the Wikitree browser extension on my Mac. Maybe it's an issue with the browser you are using. I'm not an expert in this.

If you edit this post and add more topic tags such as apps, tech. That might get the attention of members with experience in this area.
