G2G: Need another set(s) of eyes on this family of merges

Can I have some assistance from more experienced Arborists on this family that needs merging:

Son: Hilinhutten-2 (L) and Hillnhuetten-1 (R) and also Klein-173

Father: Hilinhutten-3 (L) and Klein-139 (Pre-1500 Profile)

Mother:  Ulf Hillhuetten-1 (L) and Unknown-441700 (R)

Spouse: Sophia Stein (Stein-46) and  Sophia Klein (Stein-45) 

They are or should all be default approved.

I've looked for sources on the father's profile and added some research notes.  I have not located sources (other than what I noted in the research notes section) and am wondering if this part of the lineage has been fabricated.  The merges should remain as proposed merges so they don't get 'forgotten' as unmerged matches.  From looking at online trees, I agree that these are duplicates.  People show the name both ways, but all of the trees are unsourced.

None of these profiles have any sources. I don't think anyone would be comfortable performing merges unless there are some good sources to substantiate the relationships. Some of the profiles are Unknowns and the dates do not line up which makes it seem like there is a possibility that they do not represent the same people. It would be so much easier to do research now and find sources than to straighten out conflagrated profiles later.
