G2G: Does Battye Library change of URL affect existing links/citations?

Question

I notice that the Battye Library has updated its internal address structure, as well as look and feel.

I used to access it through

http://www.friendsofbattyelibrary.org.au/the-bicentennial-dictionary-of-western-australians.html but that's a 404 not found now.

The new link is

https://www.friendsofbattyelibrary.org.au/bicentennial-dictionary

Not sure if this affects many existing links/citations?

Yes, this appears to have affected over 1,200+ profiles. Aleš reports on these once a year or so, so it may take a while before they turn up as 965 suggestions.

While I would normally suggest an External Link Template, there are some issues in how the site was 'redesigned'. For example, Cousins-1489; Source #3. Originally a link to https://www.friendsofbattyelibrary.org.au/files/H.pdf is now https://www.friendsofbattyelibrary.org.au/_files/ugd/f5623a_9becf4daad594806ac528a9472099bf1.pdf
