George Edward Samuel stevenson was a private with the 1st, 2nd Northampton Infantry and served at Neuve Chappelle France 1915. He was wounded 3 times captured and escaped 3 times and also involved in 3 bayonet charges. wounded in the hand by a bullet survived the war.
