Should New Jersey have the county added to location categories?

In New Jersey, our locations are by municipality, county, state. But the categories do not include the county. This is a problem because there are municipalities with the same name but different counties. So if I try to categorize, for example Washington Township, there is no way to distinquish between Washington, Warren County and Washington, Gloucester County.

Not all of the townships have repeated names and since they are municipalities, they have no county added. Most NJ townships are unique names and no county is used. Washington Township is different, since it's one of the few repeated names.

There are categories for

That seems like there is a clear way to work out which Washington Township you need to use depending on which County they are in for New Jersey. They all show up using the category picker.
