G2G: Having trouble sending invite for other family members to join

Hello, I sent a few family members invitations to join wikitree to their email.  But none of them seem to receive the emails.

They checked the spam folder.  Still no email!

Did you try to invite them by creating a profile for them and adding an email address, or some other way?
