G2G: Find Mary Veal

Question

I need any information that might lead to a marriage of William Kimball and Mary Veal. Daughter of Morris Veale.Any info would be helpful. Thanks!

I checked Westmoreland, Virginia, where her father died and no Veal burials are listed on Find A Grave, but then those tombstones, if any are long gone.  Then I checked for all Veal burials in Virginia and there are 5 pages of names!  So next I guess we should look for all the Kimball's buried in Westmoreland, Virginia or in Virginia.  So many "burnt" counties in Virginia, and my family roots are there.

I found nothing about a Mary Veale, daughter of Morris, and possibly Dorothy . That married a William Kimball. I did find a Mary Veal born 1682 in Westmoreland , Virginia that's the daughter of Morris. In a will from 1696 on Ancestry

I saw that too, but if the year is correct for Mary Veale's father, this one is about 200 years too young!

Yes, I saw that after I posted my comment. Funny how same name couples pop up in different generations. If they were in Virginia the early records were mostly lost. Add some tags to your post to get some attention. e.g.  Pre-1700, Virginia, Veale
