Can anyone help me to establish a source for the birth of Christopher Carrick, born 1660 in Haltwhistle, Northumberland, England?  He appears in various family trees as father of John Carrick b. 1695 Haltwhistle. I have a source for John's birth including information that his father was "Christor Carrick", but can find no actual sources for his father

The same FamilySearch collection shows sons Thomas in 1700 and Christopher in 1702.

There are some Haltwhistle Carrick probate records, but I don't see him mentioned in a quick skim of wills and inventories.

Reconstructing the families with wills and connecting them to the baptisms on FamilySearch might suggest the names of other relatives whose wills might be useful.

FamilySearch tree suggests Christopher's wife may be Ann Errington, but cites no sources, so this is no more than a hint.  Ann's profile has a note about History of Northumberland (Hodgson) pt.2 vol.3 p.414 which is worth pursuing.
