Patrick Fahey (abt.1833-1899) was a Drummer in the Army in Chatham, Kent, England (1851) was a sergeant of 12th Regiment of the North Mayo House Militia in Ireland, a Drum-Major of the 12th Regiment, East Sussex, England, the Irish Rifles, Sydney, and also served with the 12th Regiment at the Lambing Flat second riot and in the Third New Zealand Land War. He returned to England in 1867 and migrated to Austraia in 1877.
