I need documentation of who the parents of Johann Karl Hoefflich. Any help would be appreciated. Please understand that I do not have access to any pay sites, so a copy or transcript of the actual information is preferred along with the source information and link.

The only Documentation I've found for Johann Karl are a ship's Passenger List. He arrived PA, Oct. 31, 1737, aboard the William, from Rotterdam, last from Dover. Before and after that, nothing official.
Palatine German Ship Passenger Lists to PA. http://www.searchforancestors.com/passengerlists/william1737.html.

There are several dozen IGI, Ancestry, and Pedigree files, plus dozens of other family history files, listing his parents as Franz Hoefflich, Jr. and Elisabetha (Unknown) Hoefflich.

There are multiple spellings of the name;

: AKA: John Karl Hoefflich

: Other Spelling: Johann Karl Hofflich

: Other Spelling: John Carl Hoeflich

: Other Spelling: John Carl Haffele

: Other Spelling: Johann Karl Hoflich

: Other Spelling: Johann Karl Hafflich

: Other Spelling: John Carl Hoflich

: Other Spelling: Johann Karl Haflich

: Other Spelling: Johan Carl Haffelee

: Other Spelling: Carl Haefelin

: Other Spelling: Charles Haefelin

The LDS Family History Centers have free access for patrons to the Ancestry institutional edition (American and German) which have some German records, but you can only use these at a FHC (unless you are LDS). Matricula at https://data.matricula-online.eu/en/ has some German records, and is free to all.

Geneanet has some resources as well. The library or institutional version is also available at the FHC, a free account allows you to search family trees, but not the primary sources.

I have been told that Archion is available at the FHC (or possibly just at those in the Temple Vistor Centers), but I have not yet verified this.

LDS is my primary source and they have no Documentation for Johann Karl. I checked matricula but they don't seem to have anything in the area of Mutterstadt. But thanks anyway.
